Set up your clinic
After signing in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a clinic profile. Pick a name and timezone โ the rest can be filled later in Settings.
Add staff members
Go to Settings โ Members. Invite by email. Each member gets one of: doctor, nurse, admin. Members log in via the same SSO at auth.melyx.id.
First patient
From Patients โ New Patient: fill name, DOB, MRN, diagnosis, stage. Save โ that's it. The patient is now searchable and ready for appointments.
Schedule appointments
From the Dashboard, click "+ New Appointment". Pick patient, type (consultation / chemo / radiation / lab / imaging / follow-up), date+time. Today's appointments are always at the top of your dashboard.
Track chemo cycles
Open a patient โ Treatment Cycles tab โ "New cycle". Log protocol name (e.g. FOLFOX), drug list, cycle number, start/end dates. Status flows planned โ ongoing โ completed.
Clinical notes
Each patient has a Notes tab. Pick a type (clinical / chemo / lab / imaging / follow-up) and write. Notes are immutable once saved โ corrections create a new dated note.
Timeline view
Open any patient โ ๐ Timeline tab. Aggregates appointments, treatments, and notes in reverse chronological order. Useful for patient handoffs.
Inviting patients
From Patient โ Self-Tracking tab โ "Generate share link". Send the link to your patient โ they sign up at carelyx.app/p with their email and get auto-linked to your clinic.
Self-tracking
Patients log symptoms (1-10 severity), blood pressure, medications taken, etc. via /p/log. The data flows back to your clinic dashboard.
Symptom alerts
When a linked patient logs severity โฅ 7, an alert appears in the clinic dashboard within minutes. The dedicated Side-effects board shows all alerts from the last 7 days.
Exporting data
Patient list: Patients โ Export CSV. Or hit /api/patients/export.csv with your session cookie. Per-patient export coming in Phase 3.
Outcomes report
Sidebar โ Outcomes. Aggregate de-identified statistics: total patients, status breakdown, average days in care. No individual patient data exposed.
